What working with us actually looks like — the parts people ask about before they sign.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. It runs month to month and renews each month, and either of us can stop it any time with written notice. There is no minimum term to sign up to.

What is in the monthly fee, and what isn’t?

Everything listed on your plan, including the texting costs — those are on us. Ad spend, which is what Google, Facebook and Instagram charge to actually run the ads, is separate and paid by you, and we agree any budget together before a cent is spent.

Who owns the accounts and the content?

You do, all of it. Your Google, Facebook, Instagram, website and domain stay yours and you keep full admin access the whole time — we just manage them. The graphics, photos and videos we make become yours once that month is paid.

Do you make the content, or do we?

We do. Every plan includes four posts a week made for your brand — the graphics, the photos and video, and the words. You are welcome to send us anything you want used, but nothing is expected of you.

Which platforms do you actually manage?

How do I know it is working?

You get a login to your own dashboard and a report every month of what the work brought in — sign-ups, calls, searches, what each post did. We will not promise you an exact ranking or a revenue figure, and we will tell you plainly when something is not working.
